Derek and Chelsea are absolutely AMAZING. In the beginning of the year I tried to list my house with another agent who lived in my same sub-division. She wanted a quick sale and wanted to list our house at $210K. I specifically told her I was NOT interested in a quick sale, that I was willing to wait and price it a little higher to maximize the profit we would make on the sale. She insisted on going in low, so I went with Derek and Chelsea. They are familiar with many parts of the city, as well as the outside areas near Lake Travis. With their advice, we listed the house at $249,900 and it SOLD full asking price!!! I put my trust in them, and I truly felt they had my best interest at heart. They were professional, excellent communicators, and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Thanks to Derek and Chelsea, my daughter has a nice little chunk of money for college!

Derek and Chelsea were absolutely incredible to work with.  They were sooo patient with me and worked with me every step of the way until I signed the last document at closing....and even after. Derek and Chelsea are great people who work with their customers. They always listened to me and obliged my impulses for advertising my home. We started out way over market and kept on for a few months until we found the right buyer. As a result of their efforts to get me home sold at a price I would be happy with, I sold WAY over the norm for my neighborhood!! They helped me transition into a rental until I find my next home and we are currently looking. They are the REAL DEAL!!!
